Clinical immunology is a clinical and laboratory discipline which deals with examination, diagnosis and treatment of patients with diseases or pathologic processes, developing as a result of immunodisfunction, as well with cases in which immunologic manipulations are an important part of therapy and / or prophylaxis (communique of the WHO, IUIS, MAACI Experts, 1993).

Primary and secondary immunodeficiency
Primary immunodeficiency (congenital immunodeficiency disorder) is often divided into immunodeficiency with dominance of antibodies defects; combined immunodeficiency, immunodeficiency which is associated with other significant defects, variable immunodeficiency, defects in the complement system, phagocyte incompetence. Clinical course of recurrent herpetic infection, furunculosis, pyoderma, frequent exacerbations of chronic sinusitis, chronic tonsillitis, chronic bronchitis, recurrent urinary tract infection, the ineffectiveness of standard therapy are characteristic features for secondary immunodeficiency states.RRCRM&HE provides the adults and children with immunodeficiency with the necessary advisory, diagnostic and medical care.
