Payment info

We accept the payment for medical services in cash and by card at the reception. All payments on the territory of the Republic of Belarus are made in Belarusian rubles. For your convenience there is a currency exchange office and an ATM on the territory of the Center.

Consultations, diagnostic procedures, tests and other one-time services are provided after full payment in advance in accordance with the current price list.

In turn, complex medical services that involve inpatient treatment (i.e. hospitalization) are paid for at discharge, followed by a final settlement upon completion of treatment.

If you are going to pay with a bank card, we recommend that our patients first contact their bank and inform about the planned trip to Belarus in order to remove restrictions on payments abroad and set an acceptable limit for making payments. In the absence of such notification, purchases abroad may be regarded as suspicious activities.

If you are planning to pay in cash, you should consider that the import of foreign currency into Belarus is not limited. However, amounts of more than 10,000 dollars in equivalent when imported into Belarus are subject to a written declaration. More details on the rules for the import of foreign currency can be found on the website of the State Customs authorities of the Republic of Belarus. 

If necessary, we issue an invoice in foreign currency with an advance payment outside the Republic of Belarus.
