The Internal Medicine Department deals with the diagnosis and treatment of diseases of the internal organs. It is a primary care unit that serves as the entrance to the healthcare system and functions as a continuous central area for all necessary healthcare services.
Our multidisciplinary team treats a wide range of conditions including:
- arterial hypertension, including refractory form;
- secondary (symptomatic) arterial hypertension;
- chronic ischemic heart disease with arrhythmias and circulatory failure;
- chronic heart failure;
- minor cardiovascular development abnormalities with autonomic dysfunction syndrome;
- diseases of the gastrointestinal tract (peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum, dyspepsia, chronic liver disease of non-viral etiology, gastroesophageal reflux disease);
- osteoarthritis and undifferentiated arthritis;
- combined (comorbid) pathology
