Surgery

The main focus of the department's work has been and remains surgeries on the abdominal organs, the endocrine system, vein pathology, herniology, benign tumors of soft tissues.

The staff of the department is constantly working on the development and implementation of the latest methods of diagnosis and treatment of their patients. The doctors of the department were trained abroad in clinics in Germany, Belgium, and China.

The staff of the department are committed to providing expert care—safely and effectively. We provide expert, personalized care and perform innovative research to improve the quality, safety and outcomes of surgery.

The department performs planned surgical interventions:

Surgical interventions are performed for ventral hernias of various localizations. Tension and non-tension hernioplasty techniques are used using both classical and laparoscopic approaches (if medically required). Alloplasty using polypropylene mesh prostheses is performed using the "sublay", "inlay", "onlay" methods and their combinations.

Fundoplication (including laparoscopic one) is performed for gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD).

Patients with esophageal achalasia requiring surgical treatment undergo esophageal myotomy, including laparoscopic one.

Surgical treatment of varicose veins of the lower extremities: phlebectomy, endovenous laser coagulation of veins, sclerotherapy, radiofrequency coagulation of varicose veins.

Surgical interventions are performed for complications of gastric and duodenal ulcers. The main method of surgical treatment for this pathology is gastric resection in its various modifications. In addition, we treat patients with disease of the operated stomach, requiring surgical correction. Surgical interventions are performed at a high professional level using modern equipment.

The surgery unit is deployed in 5 operating rooms:
