Dental Care Services at the RRCRM&HE

Since January 2008, the dental office at the Republican Research Center for Radiation Medicine and Human Ecology has been offering private dental services for both Belarusian citizens and international patients.

From the moment we opened, we have continuously evolved—investing in modern equipment and adopting the latest technologies in dental care. Today, we are proud to provide high-quality services in dental treatment and prosthetics, supported by our in-house dental laboratory.

Dentistry is a rapidly developing field, and to keep up with global advancements, our dentists regularly attend international conferences, workshops, and advanced training courses. Their ongoing professional development is the foundation of their expertise and the key to delivering high-level care.

Our Core Principles:
  • A personalized and comprehensive approach to diagnosis and treatment
  • A strong focus on patient safety during all procedures
  • High-quality dental services, supported by advanced equipment and our own dental lab
  • Painless treatment using effective local anesthesia
Our patients trust us because of our experience and professionalism.

State-of-the-Art Equipment

Our treatment rooms are equipped with modern dental units by Chirana-Dental (Slovakia) and KAVO (Germany).

Our dental laboratory features cutting-edge equipment from global leaders such as KAVO and RENFERT—brands known for their precision, reliability, and innovation.

All root canal procedures are performed under radiographic control and with the use of an apex locator, a device that accurately measures root canal length. This ensures thorough cleaning and proper sealing of the canal to prevent future infection.

To restore damaged crowns, we use glass ionomer cement or composite materials to carefully rebuild the tooth's shape and function, including proper bite alignment (occlusion).

All procedures are performed under local anesthesia using safe and effective medications to ensure patient comfort.

Oral Hygiene & Preventive Care
Keeping your teeth healthy starts with simple daily habits. Here are our recommendations:
  •   Brush your teeth twice a day for 3–5 minutes, and replace your toothbrush every three months.
  • Clean between your teeth using dental floss, interdental brushes, or a water flosser.
  •   Use fluoride toothpaste: 1500 ppm for adults, 500 ppm for children (or as recommended on the packaging). Combine with other fluoride sources like gels or mouth rinses.
  •   Rinse your mouth with water or chew sugar-free gum after meals to neutralize acid levels—this supports your natural saliva production.
  •   Eat a balanced, fiber-rich diet. Include raw vegetables and limit snacking between meals, especially sugary foods.
  •  Choose just one dietary fluoride source—like fluoridated salt or a multivitamin with the recommended daily dose.
Home care alone isn’t enough. That’s why we recommend visiting your dentist every six months for a check-up and professional cleaning.

Professional Dental Cleaning
The most effective, painless, and fast method of professional oral hygiene is ultrasonic cleaning, followed by polishing. Our dental team uses an NSK ultrasonic scaler (Japan) and the Cavitron JET Plus system (Germany)—a combined solution for ultrasonic plaque removal and air polishing.

Air polishing uses a mix of air, powder, and water to gently clean the enamel without physical pressure or heat. It’s ideal for patients with sensitive teeth and allows access to areas unreachable by traditional tools—such as deep fissures and interdental spaces.

The procedure ends with the application of a fluoride treatment, which strengthens enamel and helps prevent cavities.

Why Preventive Care Matters
Routine check-ups and professional cleanings:
  • Remove plaque and tartar before they cause damage
  • Help prevent tooth decay and gum disease
  • Allow for early detection of dental issues, stopping small problems from becoming serious ones (e.g., preventing gingivitis from turning into periodontitis, or a minor cavity from progressing to pulpitis)
Your dental health is our priority—and we’re here to help you maintain it with care, professionalism, and modern technology.
